  • If combining with another school to form a team, please include both names.
  • Choose the event/region that you are registering for. If you are entering more than one event please fill out a separate form for each event. Please check current availability of places below before registering. Email darrena@hillaryoutdoors.co.nz if the event you are wanting to enter is full, so you can be added to the waitlist.
  • Event Categories

    There is a limit of 24 teams at each event. Confirmed team registrations will be taken on a first in, first served basis with teams added to a waitlist once the limit has been reached. Any two schools may join together to form a team. All teams must have 8 members however in the event of last minute illness or injury to team members, you may bring a team with a lesser number to participate unofficially. All students should be from either year 9 or 10, there is no minimum number from each year group. The team with the highest score in the Mixed Premier category will be invited to take part in the national final to be held at the Hillary Outdoors Great Barrier Island Centre in December 2021.

  • Entry Fee

    Each team entry costs $172.50 (incl. GST) and will be invoiced to the Team Manager. An entry is confirmed only when full payment has been received. Entry fees are non-refundable if a team cancels within 7 days of the event, or less an administration fee of $50 if more than 7 days notice is given.
