DESCRIPTION:Join other youth aged 16-19 years old for a fun\, multi-pursuit outdoor adventure! It’s about forming new friendships\, building confidence\, having new experiences\, and supporting others to do the same in a safe and supportive environment. Sign up solo (most do!) or get a friend to join you.    \n\n\n\nParticipants will work collaboratively with each other and their instructor to achieve personal and group goals and co-design their week.  \n\n\n\nThere is no fixed schedule; you build your programme together! With your team and instructor\, you’ll help shape the week around your goals\, your group\, and the weather. DESCRIPTION:This leadership-focused\, multi-pursuit programme for youth aged 16-19 is about building confidence\, realising your potential\, and getting out of your comfort zone in a fun\, safe\, and supportive environment with like-minded peers. Sign up solo (most do!) or get a friend to join you.  \n\n\n\nUsing the outdoors as a dynamic learning environment\, this programme blends practical experience with leadership theory and skill development.   \n\n\n\nParticipants will work collaboratively with each other and their instructor to achieve personal and group goals\, co-design what their week looks like. It’s about taking ownership\, learning to lead\, and supporting others to do the same.  \n\n\n\nThe journey begins with day trips into the outdoors to build core skills and team cohesion. You’ll then take on the ultimate challenge: a three-day\, two-night expedition in Tongariro National Park\, where you’ll put your leadership and teamwork into practice in real conditions.  \n\n\n\nIdeal for participants with leadership potential\, student prefects\, sports captains\, school council members and students entering the workforce.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEnrolmentStudents interested in joining this holiday programme will need to request a mentor from their community to fill out the referee form. DESCRIPTION:Discovery Camp is all about stepping outside your comfort zone\, working as a team\, and experiencing the wild like never before.  \n\n\n\nThroughout the camp\, participants work with their instructor to set and achieve personal and group goals. They’ll help shape what their week looks like and build the skills they need to take on an overnight expedition\, this may be 1 or 2 nights.
