Discovery Camp – Coromandel
Discovery Camp is all about stepping outside your comfort zone, working as a team, and experiencing the wild like never before.
Throughout the camp, participants work with their instructor to set and achieve personal and group goals. They’ll help shape what their week looks like and build the skills they need to take on an overnight expedition, this may be 1 or 2 nights. Out in the bush, they’ll navigate on and off track, camp under the stars, cook on camp stoves, and live fully self-sufficient until they return to base.
- The journey is packed with team-based activities designed to build strong connections, all co-designed to meet each group’s interests and goals.
- Our skilled, experienced instructors bring outdoor learning to life, supporting participants through hands-on challenges, reflection, and discovery in the natural world.
- A holistic, community-focused approach ties it all together, with participants contributing to daily duties and shared living in dorm-style accommodation.
Cost breakdown
$1,765 – That’s $252.14 per day, including:
- 7 hours of adventure daily
- 6 nights’ accommodation
- Nutritious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners (from arrival to departure)
- Transport to and from activities
- Highly skilled, qualified instructors
- Ongoing pastoral care and safety support
- Use of specialist gear
