Hillary Holiday Camp Referee Form
Students interested in joining a Hillary Holiday Camp needs to request a mentor from their community to fill out the referee form.
A mentor from their community can nominate a participant, or if a participant has chosen a programme themselves, they can approach a mentor for a reference.
Please note: A whānau member cannot serve as a referee; it must be someone unrelated to the participant.
Preferred nominators include:
- Teachers
- Coaches
- Community Youth Leaders
- Kaumatua or trusted elders
- Other recognised mentors
