Trailblazer Leadership Camp – Tongariro

Hillary Holiday Camp - Ages 16-19

Define your leadership style by joining other 16-19-year-olds for a leadership-focused, multi-activity outdoor adventure these school holidays. Our Trailblazer Leadership Camp is all about building confidence, realising your potential and getting out of your comfort zone in a fun, safe and supportive environment with like-minded peers.

Using the outdoors as a dynamic learning environment, this camp blends practical experience with leadership theory and skill development. Through co-designed challenges and multi-day expeditions, you will develop the resilience, decision-making, and communication skills essential for real-world success. This is more than an adventure; it is an opportunity to take ownership of your journey and lead others through complex environments.

Ideal for participants with leadership potential, student prefects, sports captains, school council members and students entering the workforce.
